The Plains District
Farming and livestock land. Primarily Human and Elven farmers overseeing halflings that work the land. The sprawling expanse of this district is littered with the ruins of a city once named Dalmaska. This ruin runs under a large portion of the district and since it lacks an outer wall serves as the south western border of the district as it is heavily infested with spiders.

Inn & Tavern: Rotten Apple
This Inn is the closest to the western mountains and is frequented most commonly by dwarves heading to the mountains to mine. It is known for its decent inexpensive food and caters to locals more than visitors.

Inn & Tavern: Barrel Fish
This Tavern is known for its bad fish. Although various fish are part of its daily servings, no local ever eats it. They all know for the fish to make it to this south western tavern they have long since stunk of having turned. However, it also serves some of the most potent meads and ales in The Plains District.
Outer Central Southern Plains

Attraction: The Southern Wall
This wall is impressive as it runs for the entire 25 miles of the Southern border of the Plains District. It stands close to 50 feet tall and is 10 feet wide. It took many workers more than a decade to contract the wall. The few standing militia patrol the wall to keep and eye on anything that might come out of the Forsaken Demesne towards the city.
Fort: Fort Aedan
This fort was built near a farmhouse. The stone fort has a clear view of the farmhouse where it is said was the site of a dragon attack. The for is contracted in such a way allows it to keep being added on to. As it stands it is the primary portal through The Southern Wall and it's gates control access of any travel in over 12 miles in either direction. It is quite large, as forts go, providing living quarters and servants quarters for the Lord of the Outer Central Southern Plains. It is also capable of housing almost a thousand soldiers to repel an invasion. It also boast siege breaking devices that could be used if an attack from the Forsaken Demesne occurs. Its most notable feature though is the ballista that are mounted at the top of each of its 6 towers.
Blacksmith: Forged Fork
A High Elf smith name Ilthian Metalbloom runs this forge, he primarily produces farming equipment but has knowledge of arms and armor. He often forges from metals recovered from the Forsaken Demesne, including Mithral and Adamantine.
Inn & Tavern: Dragon's Gateway
This Tavern is known for the dragon heads that are on display. A pair of Green Dragon heads are on display, one in the lobby and the larger of the two in the dining hall. The story goes that the larger of the town launched an attack on a farm and the farmer, now lord of the Outer Southern Plains slew the beast single handedly. However, the rooms are large and comfortable. There are many bunk rooms for larger groups, up to 12 can sleep comfortably in one such room. The stables are fine and able to handle many kinds of mounts, even armored mounts can be serviced by the stable.

A modest church of Amini has been constructed the inspire faith. The churches have been placed along the outer edge of The Southern Wall.
