All deeds, good or ill, will be weighed, and the corresponding sentence must be passed. To kill oneself to escape mortal judgment only brings mine more swiftly."
Tenets for Followers (The "Thou Shalt"s):
"Thou shalt enforce the Law without passion or prejudice."
"Thou shalt record all judgments meticulously, for my scales require perfect data."
"Thou shalt pursue justice that balances the karmic scale, not vengeance that breaks it."
"Thou shalt never interfere with a lawful sentence."
Sins & Taboos (The "Thou Shalt Not"s):
"To interfere with the process of afterlife judgment."
"To accept a bribe or favor in exchange for leniency in the law."
"To kill oneself to cheat the scales of mortal justice."

The Shattering of Saeriuet: Saery was once part of the unified god Saeriuet (The Unbreakable Code) who split at the dawn of the 3rd Edition multiverse. Saery received the mantle of Judgment and Law (the impartial interpretation).
The Judge's Sacrifice: Saery fell profoundly in love with a mortal, Aeryn Di. Fearing his bias would compromise his duty as Judge, he revealed his identity and intentionally allowed his avatar to perish, choosing cosmic balance over love.Â
