When the Fifth World was born, the gods did not create a single, blank slate of humanity. Instead, they took the "cultural soul" of a single, ancient, and long-lost human civilization and split it into three, seeding each piece onto a different island chain.
Each seed was given a different core virtue from that ancient culture, a different path to greatness.
The second group, the Adawo, were seeded with a different virtue: empathy for others. This, combined with their "Chinese" cultural seed, manifested as a drive for social harmony, order, and collective well-being.
Their society became a testament to Lawful Neutral structure. They did not build temples to understand the gods; they built cities, institutions, and philosophies to understand each other. Their empathy was the root of their success, creating a stable, powerful nation built on the idea that the "whole" is more important than the "one." This collective empathy would one day produce leaders like Princess Tsui Zuang.
