Marshall County is located in the Forsaken Demesne's North West corner. It is a protectorate of Caspian Silversky, who is the Army's Martial. There are nearly 1,000 villages that make us this county and was formed as a defense agreement with Caspian to help lead their defenses in the event of a greater attack than the Forsaken Demesne usually offers to a village. This county is about an 80 mile by 90 mile rectangle with Caspian's farm located at the top and descends from there.

Ruler(s): Political rules are "tribal" chiefs. Each villages militia is under the command of Marshall Caspian Silversky.
Came to power by: The process of becoming a tribal chief varies by tribe or village, however an usually common rite is to subdue a dragon. Caspian has been invited to take over their militia and assist with "high" crimes, effectively anything that they feel morally unbalanced by.
