Economy: The Bounty. They are paid in "Justice Tithes" by villages to track down bandits or fiend-corrupted beasts.
🐉 The Dragon Tradition: "The Bound Verdict"
The Method: "Turning an enemy into an ally by force." A candidate must defeat a rogue dragon and force it to swear a Geas-bound Oath of service.
The Mounts: Blue Dragons. They value the ordered, hierarchical nature of these dragons, using their lightning to "cauterize" threats.
Prominent Figure: Arbiter Kaelen Justice
Role: Chief Justiciar.
Mortal Status: Human Male (38). A man of few words and heavy scars.
Gristle: Kaelen once sentenced his own brother to exile for stealing from the grain stores. He is at the gathering to ensure the "Pull" doesn't lead to a violation of the Narcis Oaths. He sees the world in black and white—you are either with the Battalion, or you are a Fiend.
