Founded in Y132 by a group of Hill Dwarves who were originally hired by Gelf-Port to find a stable water source for the timber mills. They discovered that the silt found in this particular underground flow was rich in rare minerals perfect for high-grade pottery and alchemical crucibles. Over the decades, it evolved from a temporary mining camp into a permanent industrial village. It remains a key satellite of Gelf-Port because it provides the heat-resistant bricks needed for the city's specialized "Crane-Lift" forges.
