Iron-Spoke is a village of smoke and hammers. It is located near a site where an Army of the Astral Sea baggage-train was slaughtered 150 years ago, leaving the ground rich in high-quality (if rusted) iron. The sky above the village is always gray with soot, and the rhythmic clank-clank of the forges is the only music to be heard. They are coerced into service to provide Vark with the materials he needs to dominate the Road.
