To reach Greenharbor, you must leave the salty, chaotic Bay of Rebirth and travel upriver into the lush, ancient forests. Greenharbor is not a city; it's a vast, sprawling collection of pastoral villages, all nestled in the gentle, rolling hills. Founded by Wood Elves, Forest Gnomes, and Halflings, it is the peaceful, "Neutral Good" heart of the region.
The air here is clean, filled with the smell of rich earth and baking bread. The "city" is a harmonious blend: Wood Elves live in elegant, living tree-homes in the high canopy, while Gnomes and Halflings live in comfortable, well-kept burrows and farmhouses on the forest floor. They are the "Breadbasket" of the Bay, and their ales and produce are their currency. It is a peaceful, idyllic place, but its lack of stone walls or a standing army makes it dangerously vulnerable.
