Timber-Reach is the "Lumber-Capital" of the Western Gap. It sits directly on the boundary line where the rolling plains meet the dark, dense edge of the 40x30 mile forest. The village is dominated by massive sawing platforms and drying sheds. Every building is made of heavy timber, often reinforced with iron bands. The sound of wood-cutting axes and the scent of fresh pine resin are the village's defining features.

Established in Y105, shortly after Gelf-Port’s founding. It was created as a fortified staging ground for woodcutters venturing into the Gelf-Woods. Because the forest is home to territorial predators and the occasional "scavenger scout" from the submerged Oricon ship, the village was built with a thick palisade and a permanent militia. It has survived three major forest-fire attempts by raiding parties, proving itself as the "Iron Gate" that protects Gelf-Port’s primary resource.
