Description: Elysium is the "Capital Island" (approx. 100x60 miles) and the urban heart of Solaris. The entire island is dominated by the massive, densely-populated city of Marom Zahav. This is where the 150,000+ non-noble citizens live, and it is a city of brutal contradictions.
The city is built on a large peninsula that "juts out" toward Tir Na Nog, creating a narrow, deep, and highly defensible channel. The city's entire layout is defined by this strategic channel.
The Royal Seaport & Military Core: This "Green Zone" is built on the peninsula itself, guarding the channel. It contains the Sunspire Citadel (the military headquarters), the Grand Temple of the Astral Hosts, and the massive, fortified Seaport where the food from Tir Na Nog arrives and is distributed only to the military and Agartha.
The Obsidian Scars: The urban slums. This is the rest of the city, cut off from the port by high walls. It is the former artisan/merchant district, now a decaying, soot-stained ghetto of boarded-up shops. It is the brain of the Solaris Resistance.
