Positioned as the westernmost barrier facing Taneen, Najat is shrouded in natural, protective coastal mists. It serves as the primary humanitarian port of entry and search-and-rescue outpost for survivors escaping across the reef. Its harbors feature towering brass fog-beacons, warm reception halls, and vast supply depots. The towns are designed for rapid relief logistics, with clean wooden barracks, public kitchens, and orientation centers where newcomers are registered, dressed, and housed before deciding which island to settle permanently.
