Name: Tiamat
Pantheon: The Core Pantheon
Titles & Aliases: Goddess of Evil Dragons; The Chromatic Dragon, The Queen of Evil Dragons, The Five-Headed Queen
Gender / Form: Female (She/Her).
Form: A colossal, five-headed dragon. Each head is a different color of the chromatic dragons (Red, Blue, Green, Black, White).
Alignment: Chaotic Evil
Status: God (Reports to Saery, Major God of Judgement)
Divine Realm: The Five-Headed Maw
Primary Domains: Evil Dragons, Greed, and Chaotic Destruction.
Portfolio: Evil dragons (chromatic), greed, envy, and the hoarding of treasure.

Favored Weapon: Double-bladed axe or a dragon's claw (Heavy Pick).
Favored Colors: Red, Blue, Green, Black, and White.
Sacred Animals / Plants: All chromatic dragons.
Core Dogma (The Philosophy): "The world is your hoard. Take it. What you cannot take, destroy. What you have, hoard. Be cunning, be greedy, be treacherous. The Queen is the only true ruler. Serve the Queen."
Tenets for Followers (The "Thou Shalt"s):
"Acquire wealth and treasure. Hoard it."
"Be treacherous. Your allies are tools or rivals."
"Serve the Dragon Queen and her chromatic brood."
"Destroy the followers of Bahamut."
Sins & Taboos (The "Thou Shalt Not"s):
"To give away treasure for free."
"To trust a follower of Bahamut (or any metallic dragon)."
"To show mercy or kindness."
"To be satisfied with your hoard."
Superiors: Saery (Major God). Tiamat (CE) reports to Saery (LN). This is a hateful relationship. Tiamat, the Dragon Queen, loathes having to report to a non-dragon judge, but Saery judges her actions as a necessary Chaotic Evil force that tests the mortal world.
Subordinates: None.
Counterparts:
Bahamut (God): Her arch-nemesis and brother. The eternal war between Good and Evil dragons.
Gruumsh (God) & Mok (God): Her colleagues under Saery. She despises them as brutish fools, but allies with them to cause destruction and then betrays them to steal their loot.
Mortals: Worshipped by evil dragonborn, kobolds, and dragon cultists.
Demigod Offspring:
(None listed; the first chromatic dragons are her brood.)
Name of the Church: The Cult of the Dragon Queen, The Five-Headed Hoard.
Worshipper Base: Evil dragon cultists, evil dragonborn, and kobolds.
Clergy Structure: A treacherous, five-part cult, one for each head. Each cult tries to backstab the others to be her favorite.
Acolytes: "Kobolds" or "Slaves"
Priests: "Wyrm-Speakers"
Bishops: "Heads of the Cult" (Five of them, one for each color)
Temple Description: Temples are hidden lairs, often in volcanoes, frozen caves, or deep swamps, built around the hoard of a powerful chromatic dragon.
Rites & Rituals:
"The Hoard-Offering": A ritual where cultists sacrifice treasure to Tiamat's hoard.
"The Brood's Deceit": A ritual of betraying an ally in Tiamat's name.
Holy Days:
"The Queen's Hatching": (Legendary) A day of sacrifice and treasure-gathering.
"The Dragon's Wake": Any day a great chromatic dragon awakens to go on a rampage.
The Queen in Chains: The standard D&D myth is that Tiamat is imprisoned in the Nine Hells. In this world, her "imprisonment" is both literal and bureaucratic—her forced place in the hierarchy, serving Saery, is its own kind of hell for her.
The White Axe: A myth specific to this world. It is said that Tiamat's white dragon head (the weakest but most brutal) bit a shard from a frozen comet. She forged it into a double-bladed axe that harnesses the cold of the void, symbolizing her hatred for Bahamut, who soars in the sun.
