Name: Aso
Pantheon: The Core Pantheon (Ascended)
Titles & Aliases: High God of Destiny, Fate, and Kismet; Aso Balla; The Sovereign of Gravities; The Weaver of Intersections; The Lady of the Drawing Tide.
Gender / Form: Feminine. Often manifests in two distinct aspects:
The Gatherer: A serene woman in a simple linen dress, barefoot in a field, gathering botanical reagents. This form represents the peace found in the quiet, natural progression of the world before the "Pull" is felt.
The Weaver: A cosmic entity clad in midnight blue robes that shift like the night sky, embroidered with gold constellations.
Alignment: Neutral (Gravity does not judge; it only draws).
Status: High God (Stage 8). Reports to Senzyn (Stage 9).
Primary Domains: Destiny, Fate, Kismet.
Portfolio: Gravity Wells (the irresistible pull toward a specific point, person, or event), The Inception Point (the moment of fated meeting), the Wake of Destiny (the collateral influence of these great intersections), and botanical alchemy (reagents).
Cleric Domains (5e): Arcana, Death, Entropy, Grave, Knowledge, Life, Nature, Order, Peace, Protection, Survival, Twilight, Unity, & War.
Holy Symbol: A Zocchihedron (a 100-sided sphere) made of any material (crystal, stone, wood, or metal).
Divine Tool: The Crystal Zocchihedron (a focus used to map the proximity and strength of various cosmic gravities).
Favored Weapon: The Dagger (representing the precision needed to prune herbs and the "trimming" of a destiny's loose threads).
Favored Colors: Midnight Blue, Astral Gold, and Deep Forest Green.
Core Dogma: "Destiny is not an outcome; it is an arrival. It is the gravity that pulls two souls together or draws a hero to a specific gate. What happens after the meeting—whether love or war, triumph or tragedy—is not written. Destiny brings you to the event; Volition decides the ending."
Tenets for Followers:
Recognize the Pull: Learn to sense when the world is drawing you toward a specific point or person.
The Peace of the Earth: Seek clarity through the quiet labor of botany to prepare for the weight of fated meetings.
Own the Aftermath: You are responsible for the choices you make once destiny has brought you to your destination.
Superiors: Senzyn (Grand God). Aso manages the internal "gravity" of the universal structures Senzyn maintains.
Subordinates: Elaran (God of Volition).
Spouse: Elaran. Their union represents the bridge between the Destined Meeting (Aso) and the Chosen Path (Elaran).
Name of the Church: The Garden of the Loom (The Bloom-Watchers).
Acolytes: Seed-Sowers. Novices who learn the patience of existence by tending to temple gardens.
Priests: The Gatherers. Specialized herbalists and alchemists who find spiritual connection through the silent collection of reagents.
Bishops: Keepers of the Grotto. Seers who monitor the shifting "Gravities" of the world from secluded sanctuaries to warn when a great "Intersection" is approaching.
Temple Description: Open-Air Sanctuaries. Typically sun-dappled meadows, quiet forest clearings, or limestone caves adjacent to fertile fields. They are places of profound silence and natural beauty.
Rites & Rituals: * The Gathering of Peace: A meditative harvest where followers collect reagents in total silence to align their rhythm with the pulse of the world.
The Roll of Certainty: Using a consecrated Zocchihedron to interpret the strength of the "Gravity" currently pulling on an individual.
Holy Days: The Day of the Returning Tide. A celebration of the moment Aso met her destiny at the threshold of death and chose to draw her husband back, proving that the meeting is fated but the result is earned.
The Sovereign’s Quest: Aso’s central myth centers on her role as a mortal Aasimar who felt the overwhelming gravity of her husband’s death. While fate brought her to that terrible point of inception, she refused to let the "Outcome" be grief. She took every step, mastered the gravity of her own soul, and at the fated meeting place of life and death, she chose to create a new path. She proved that even for a High God, destiny is only the beginning of the story.
